On the afternoon of June 20, 2025, Mr. Zheng, the chief technical engineer of Shanggu Power, led a delegation including Acting Minister Guo of the technical team to visit and exchange at Guosheng Laser's Xixian factory. General Manager Duan, Deputy General Manager Lyu, and Chief Technical Engineer Ren of Guosheng Laser, along with the technical department, extended a warm welcome to Mr. Zheng and his team from Shanggu Power! First, Mr. Lyu, the deputy general manager of Guosheng, led everyone to visit the additive manufacturing samples in the exhibition hall, with a focus on showcasing core technology samples such as laser cladding, coaxial powder feeding, laser quenching, laser cleaning, and 3D printing, presenting the highly challenging process technologies of Guosheng Laser in the high-end manufacturing field in a direct and intuitive way. "Exchange!"

The two sides also conducted in-depth technical exchanges on the laser cladding process of components such as wind turbine blades and shafts, actively exploring applications and technical challenges in the industry. They spoke actively to each other and engaged in in-depth exchanges to jointly embark on this path of discussion on technology and cooperation. According to Mr. Zheng's introduction, the core department of your company is responsible for the enterprise's technology, process, materials and service sections. Regarding the laser cladding processing section of Guosheng, they are interested in in-depth cooperation and communication. Mr. Zheng stated that their main products are shafts and blades, and asked if Guosheng Laser has any processing cases in the laser cladding of shaft products and blades. General Manager Duan showed General Manager Zheng successful video cases of shaft laser cladding and blade laser cladding repair. General Manager Zheng pointed out some difficulties they had encountered in the past and sought solutions from Guosheng Laser Technology. Mr. Ren, the chief engineer of Guosheng Laser Technology, provided a professional answer. Mr. Zheng highly recognized Guosheng Laser's technical strength in the laser cladding industry. Regarding blade cladding, Mr. Zheng believes that there is currently no unified laser cladding standard in the industry, and the laser cladding processing technology for the company's product blades is still relatively complex. It is hoped that in the future, in-depth discussions will be held on technical cooperation plans in the blade laser cladding processing business sector, mainly involving cladding materials, process research and other aspects, which can well meet their requirements for blade laser cladding processing.

General Manager Zheng put forward cooperation demands regarding the maintenance business of Shanggu Power:

· Technical pain points: In the precision repair of blades, there are issues such as insufficient material matching and lack of process standardization. Blade cladding has complex surface shapes and high precision requirements.

· Cooperation Direction: We intend to deepen cooperation in the field of shaft parts and blade repair. We hope to leverage the company's laser process and technological advantages to carry out joint research and development in areas such as the optimization of cladding materials and intelligent control of process parameters, with a focus on solving technical difficulties such as metallurgical bonding strength and thermal deformation control in blade cladding.

After the exchange between the two sides, General Manager Zheng and his team from Shanggu Power, accompanied by General Manager Duan, visited the production workshop of Guosheng. They watched the actual repair operation of laser cladding on site. Under General Manager Duan's explanation, they deeply analyzed the principle, process and key points of laser cladding technology, highlighting the technical advantages and achievements, as well as the development prospects of the laser cladding technology industry. As a green manufacturing technology, Laser cladding reduces resource waste and environmental pollution through repair and remanufacturing, which is in line with the global environmental protection trend. General Manager Duan also highlighted the technical features of the eight-axis laser cladding equipment. This equipment is equipped with a six-axis mechanical arm that works in tandem with the processing platform, capable of meeting the precision additive manufacturing requirements of various irregular-shaped processing parts. At the same time, he demonstrated the intelligent production lines of laser quenching and laser cleaning equipment, fully showcasing the full industrial production capacity from surface pretreatment → cladding remanufacturing → deep processing → finished products.
