On the morning of June 26th, the entire Guosheng Laser team embarked on a long-awaited journey towards happiness. The bus downstairs of the company had quietly come to a stop. The partners at the Xianyang factory were all set and set off to meet up with their partners in Xi 'an, embarking on this exciting trip together and starting a journey to Ankang in southern Shaanxi. On the map of southern Shaanxi, Ankang is like a warm pearl. Set on the banks of the Qinba Mountains and the Han River. This city, surrounded by the Qinling Mountains and the Bashan Mountains and with the Han River flowing through it, not only boasts the charm of mountains and waters, but also the depth of culture and the warmth of daily life. It is a rare treasure land on the land of southern Shaanxi.

The car gradually approached the Qinling Mountains. The mountains outside the window were getting closer and higher. The originally wide view was filled with continuous green mountains, which were covered with thick vegetation. The emerald green pines and cypresses and the light green shrubs interwoed together, like a huge carpet laid out by nature. The old streets of the ancient town are hidden in the shade behind the pier. The fish lanterns and rain capes hanging under the eaves, as well as the old ship planks nailed to the walls, all carry the scent of the river.

Stop Four: Ghost Valley Ridge, reach the summit to attain Enlightenment

Guigu Ridge, a mountain peak that carries the wisdom of over two thousand years, is another important stop for our team-building activity this time. The car drove up the winding mountain road. The vegetation outside the window became increasingly lush and the air became fresher and fresher. As soon as we got off the vehicle, a unique coolness of the mountains enveloped us. The distant mountains were faintly visible in the clouds and mist, as if inviting us to explore their mysteries. The hiking trail, paved with stone steps, winds its way up into the depths of the mist. At first, everyone was still full of energy, chatting and laughing as they climbed up, enjoying the strange pines and rocks along the way. It wasn't long before the mountain path gradually became steeper. Many people began to run out of energy and their breathing became rapid. Our steps grew heavier and heavier. Several of our companions even had the thought of giving up climbing. We encouraged and supported each other, sharing the burden. A bottle of water or a candy from a companion gave us a little strength. What's more, the leader's calls and repeated encouragement ahead made us move forward with determination.

On the way, we passed through one Heavenly gate after another. Each celestial gate has a unique charm, as if telling ancient stories. Finally, after more than two hours of climbing, we reached the summit. When we arrived at Wutianmen, our hearts were filled with a sense of achievement. At this moment, everyone's fatigue vanished. Looking into the distance, the sea of clouds was surging beneath their feet, the mountains undulated like waves, and the sunlight pierced through the clouds, casting a golden glow that illuminated the entire world. Although the ruins of the Guiguzi Temple on the mountain top are now dilapidated, the remaining stone pillars and mottled murals still allow people to feel the grandeur and wisdom of the past. Standing on the top of the mountain and looking around, the continuous mountain ranges come into full view, as if one has become the master of the world. At that moment, all the sweat and efforts turned into endless joy and pride. We couldn't wait to tour around the top of the mountain, eager to take in all the hard-won beautiful scenery and cultural relics. And cherish this beauty forever with photos.

This trip to the summit of Guigu Ridge not only allowed us to enjoy the magnificent scenery of nature, but also made us feel the power of teamwork and the significance of persistence. During the climbing process, we helped and encouraged each other, and overcame one difficulty after another together. Standing on the top of the mountain and looking down at this magical land, our hearts were filled with awe for nature and love for the team. Guigu Ridge, this sacred place where nature and wisdom blend, will always remain deep in our memory and become a milestone on the growth path of our team.

Return with mountains and waters and gratitude

When the tourist bus left the territory of Ankang, the Qinba Mountains outside the window gradually receded into the distance. We set off on our way home, exhausted but filled with joy. Looking back on these few short days, those laughs, sweats, collaborations and touching moments are like scattered pearls, strung together to form a shining memory, becoming the most precious footnote on the team's growth path. But the memories of this city in our hearts linger like the waves of the Han River for a long time.

On the way back, flipping through the photos on my phone, I recalled the gains along the way. "Guiguling taught us strategy, the Han River taught us tolerance, the ancient town taught us warmth - and the enterprise taught us how to pack all these into our work bags." Indeed, this trip has shown us that the enterprise's dedication is not merely about paying salaries, but also about building a platform for our growth: it allows us to relax our tense nerves in the mountains and waters, break down departmental barriers through collaboration, and rediscover our love for work in laughter. This harvest of growth has long been integrated into everyone's heart. It is no longer merely a fragmented memory from team-building activities, but has transformed into an intangible yet powerful force, quietly changing our perception of work, teams and enterprises. This power will continue to ferment in the days to come. When we return to work and face complex projects and heavy tasks, the insights gained from the Ankang team-building activity will be like a beacon in the dark night, guiding us to resolve differences with tolerance, overcome difficulties through collaboration, and turn gratitude into the driving force for our progress.

With gratitude in their hearts, as the car drove into the familiar city, everyone's backpack was filled with the specialties of Ankang: in the rich flavor of Shiquan cured meat, there was the friendship of the team and the care of the enterprise. And what we brought back is far more than that - it is the perseverance like reaching the summit of Ghost Valley Ridge when facing difficulties. It is also the gratitude towards the enterprise: thanking it for not only providing us with a job to make a living, but also giving us the opportunity to become a "better team".

Although team-building activities have come to an end, the impact they have brought is just beginning. Back at work, we found that communication became smoother and collaboration more harmonious. When facing difficulties, the scenes of fighting side by side during team-building activities would always come to mind.
